Job Description
- Prioritizing daily review and response of official emails related to orders, dispatches, and accounts.
- Processing supermarket and distributor orders received through email and coordinating production/supply as per scheduled appointment days.
- Depositing customer cheques in the bank daily before 10:30 AM and maintaining proper records.
- Preparing wholesale sales invoices for Hing products and updating receipt and payment entries in Tally ERP (including sales lines).
- Coordinating Chennai region orders received from the sales team and arranging dispatch through approved courier or transporters.
- Managing a dedicated contact number for Tamil Nadu wholesale and retail Hing orders to ensure timely order confirmation and coordination.
- Maintaining wholesale supply registers and Excel formats as per management guidelines to track production-wise and party-wise sales.
- Handling Dabaspet unit billing, including generation and compliance of E-Way Bills for interstate and intrastate Hing dispatches.
- Booking monthly logistics, FASTag, and fuel expenses in Tally under appropriate cost centers.
- Creating, modifying, and extending E-Way Bills for line sales and market dispatches as per GST regulations.
- Maintaining statutory and internal registers including cheque register and wholesale sales registers.
- Accounting for Amazon returns and credit notes in Tally and reconciling them with sales records.
- Preparing and maintaining the monthly Amazon Hub sales and settlement report in Excel for management review.
