Job Description
- 📊 AccountsMaintain daily billing, cash, UPI, and bank entries
- Handle GST compliance, purchase entries, and input credit tracking
- Manage credit customers & outstanding collections
- Daily cash reconciliation & stock value tracking
- 📦 PurchaseProcure medicines from stockists / distributors
- Ensure availability of fast-moving drugs
- Monitor expiry, batch, and near-expiry stock
- Negotiate schemes, discounts, and margins
- Maintain supplier ledger & purchase records
- 📦 Inventory ControlTrack stock levels, reorder points
- Avoid dead stock & expiry losses
- Maintain batch-wise inventory (VERY IMPORTANT in pharma)
- 📌 Skills RequiredPharma software (Marg / RetailGraph / similar)
- GST + billing knowledge
- Understanding of drug names / categories (basic level is ok)
- Strong attention to detail
