We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator cum Accountant to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails, providing excellent customer service.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors, managing orders and inventory.
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel plans for staff.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and payroll processing.

Accounting:

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (e.g., Tally and Vyapari).
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration and accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with Outlook and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the printing industry is a plus, but not required.
