Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Key Job Description Components

• Financial Duties:
• Perform data entry to record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices, expense forms, and payments.
• Handle petty cash and prepare bank reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll preparation, tax filings, and document organization for audits.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical financial records (e.g., in Tally or QuickBooks).
• Administrative Duties:
• Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage company correspondence.
• Handle filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
