Job Description
The Desired Candidate to Have the following
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative and Clerical Work
- Maintain Records Documents and Databases
- Complete Coordination with the Team for Daily Activities
- Complete Backend Support System to the Office
- Keep the office clean and organized
- Delivery Management and Coordination
- Monitor Stock and Manage Deliveries of Clients
- Coordinate with Porter and Rapido
- Coordinate in Procurement Activities
- Complete Support System to the Office
- Data Entry and Invoicing and Coordination
- Enter and update information in systems
- Maintain Accurate records
- Generate Invoice and Manage Deliveries
- Petty Cash Management
- Coordination with Auditor
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic Excel and Email Computer skills
- Knowledge of TALLY
- Good communication skills
- Organizational and Time-management skills
- Attention to detail and Multi Task
- Basic Accounting Knowledge
Educational Requirements
- Minimum: High school diploma or Bsc or BCom Graduate
- Preferred: Diploma or degree in administration or related field
