Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Looking for Account Assistant / Accountant

Role & responsibilities

Maintain Books of accounts and record daily transactions accurately.

Reconcile accounting entries

Issue receipts for cash/check

Maintain proper filing of sales invoices with required approvals and LR copies.

Prepare E-way bills and check the outward register on a daily basis.

System entries (Journal, Bank, Expenses) based on approved physical vouchers.

Bank reconciliation and follow up on pending/uncleared cheques.

GST/TDS record maintenance.

Maintain Purchase, Inward, and Fixed Asset Registers.

Maintain Salary Register

Other Jobs as required by Management

Preferred candidate profile

Mandatory -

Kannada & English Speaking, Writing & Reading

knowledge of accounting software (Tally / any other ERP)

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Bachelor's degree in Commerce B.Com / CMA Inter / CA Inter

Good to Have Knowledge / Experience

Understanding of TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills

Salary

Salary - Rs. 7500 - 15000 based on Experience
