Job Role:Oversee the operations of a branch, including sales, service, staff management, and customer relations.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the branch.

2. Supervise technicians, service staff, and support team.

3. Handle sales enquiries, quotations, and billing.

4. Coordinate with head office for targets, reporting, and compliance.

5. Ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services.

6. Maintain stock, inventory, and financial records.

1. Graduate / Engineering (preferred)

2. 2+ years of experience in sales/service or branch operations.

3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

4. Knowledge of pumps, motors, and service industry preferred. Or Accounts and Admin

5. Ability to achieve sales and service targets.

Site Visit Person (Service Technician – Pumps & Motors)

27. Job Role:Attend customer sites to inspect, troubleshoot, and service motors, pumps, and electrical systems.

28. Responsibilities:

29. Respond to service calls and visit customer sites.

30. Diagnose issues in pumps and motors on-site.

31. Carry out minor repairs, installations, and performance checks.

32. Provide technical feedback and prepare service reports.

33. Maintain good communication and customer handling skills.

34. Qualifications:

35. ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical.

36. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in pump/motor servicing.

37. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and motor performance testing.

38. Willingness to travel for site visits.

39. Problem-solving skills and customer orientation.

Winder (Motor Rewinding Technician)

14. Job Role:Responsible for repairing, rewinding, and maintaining electric motors, pumps, and related equipment.

15. Responsibilities:

16. Inspect, dismantle, and repair electric motors and pumps.

17. Perform coil rewinding, insulation, varnishing, and testing.

18. Identify faults in electrical windings and rectify them.

19. Maintain tools, machines, and workplace cleanliness.

20. Ensure safety standards while handling electrical equipment.

21. Qualifications:

22. ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent.

23. 2–5 years of experience in motor rewinding.

24. Strong technical knowledge of AC/DC motors, submersible pumps, and monoblock pumps.

25. Ability to work independently with accuracy.
