Job Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant cum Procurement Manager to manage our financial operations and oversee procurement activities. This role involves direct communication with the CEO, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will handle financial transactions, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and manage the procurement of materials and services essential for our interior projects.​

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.​
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.​
  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns promptly.​
  • Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and audits.​
  • Process employee reimbursements and coordinate payroll activities.​


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.​
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting and procurement roles, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.​
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and Microsoft Excel.​
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial compliances.​
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.​
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.​
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.​

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with supply chain management software.​
  • Familiarity with contract management and legal aspects of procurement.​
  • Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform procurement decisions.​
