Accountant Cum Sales Executive

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage all the accounting related activities of the organization.
• Experience in GST, TDS, PT filings and knowledge about all compliances.
• Experience in handling export/import formalities of trading business.
• Implementing & maintaining administrative systems across all departments.
• Handling all the order processing activities from quotation, billing, shipping & payments.
• Follow up with customers for orders & payments.
• Collaborate with vendors for orders, dispatches & payments.
• Organizing meetings & appointments, scripting MOMs & correspondence.
• Engage into market research, prepare presentations & business documentations.
• Provide Online Support to our customer/partners related to biz solutions.
• Managing travel, accommodation & other daily activities of the top management.
• Research and build a quality, relevant database of prospective customers via multiple online and offline sources.

Skill Set Desired:

• Experienced accountant with admin experience.
• Experience in managing trading business is an added advantage.
• Unquestioned integrity and honesty.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage.
