Job Title: Accountant (Tally & GST)

Location: Bengaluru (On-site)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounts and GST compliance. Strong hands-on experience in Tally, GST filing, e-invoicing and Excel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally ERP / TallyPrime
• Generate e-invoices (IRN) and e-way bills
• File GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and handle GST reconciliations
• Bank, vendor & customer ledger reconciliations
• Prepare Excel-based vendor registration forms and maintain vendor records
• Send outstanding reminders and manage payment follow-ups
• Manage accounts payable & receivable; coordinate with CA for audits

Requirements:

• B.Com or relevant degree
• 2–4 years accounting experience (manufacturing/trading preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Tally, GST filing, e-invoicing & Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH)
• Good communication for vendor coordination; high attention to detail
