Accounts and Finance Executive

JD: Finance Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Reporting: Maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow), and managing accounts payable/receivable.
• Real Estate Specific Tasks: Handling GST returns , and conducting material reconciliation.
• Financial Control & Analysis: Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and performing financial due diligence for new projects.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and, where required, managing compliance with RERA or real estate laws.
• Collaboration: Working with project teams to monitor project costs and ensure timely payments.
