Accounts and Finance Executive

Accounts Management

• Maintain accurate client and ledger records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely invoicing and collections.

Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation.

Compliance & Taxation

• Prepare and submit tax returns and statutory filings.
• Follow credit procedures and maintain compliance with financial regulations.

Cross-Department Support

• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate financial data.
• Resolve account queries and provide clear communication to stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of accounting software, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
