Accounts & Audit Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as Audit & Tax Assistants. This role is a great opportunity to start your career in accounting, audit, and taxation with hands-on training and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit:

1. Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits for various clients.
2. Prepare and review audit working papers, ledgers, vouchers, and supporting schedules.
3. Verify books of accounts, compliance with accounting standards, and audit trail documentation.
4. Coordinate with clients for collection of audit information and clarifications.
5. Assist in preparation of audit reports and other audit documentation.

Taxation:

1. Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies.
2. Assist in computation of advance tax, TDS, and GST liabilities.
3. Preparation and filing of TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.) and GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
4. Handle tax assessments and notices under Income Tax and GST.
5. Maintain tax records and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.

Accounting & Compliance:

1. Record journal entries and assist in finalization of accounts up to balance sheet.
2. Support in ROC filings, preparation of audit reports, and other statutory compliance documents.
3. Ensure adherence to deadlines for audits, returns, and financial reporting.
