Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk cum Admin Assistant to handle day-to-day accounting entries along with routine office administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities

Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Enter daily financial transactions in Tally
  • Maintain basic bookkeeping records (sales, purchases, expenses)

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming office calls and general enquiries
  • Perform routine office administration tasks
  • Manage printing, filing, and basic documentation work
  • Support day-to-day office coordination activities


Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Commerce
  • Must have working knowledge of Tally
  • Prior experience using Tally software
  • Ability to handle basic admin and office tasks
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, printing, scanning)
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Working DaysFull-time, on-site role
  • Weekly off as per company policy
