Accounts Cum Finance Executive

We're hiring an Accountant/Finance Executive with 2-4 years of experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tally Prime ERP, MS Excel, and statutory compliance. The role involves managing payroll, preparing invoices, generating MIS reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations like ESI, PF, TDS, GST, and E-Invoice.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting and Finance:

   - Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

   - Manage accounts payable and receivable.

   - Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.

2. Payroll Management:

   - Process payroll for employees accurately and timely.

   - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations like PF, ESI, and PT.

3. Statutory Compliance:

   - Ensure compliance & knowledge with GST, TDS, and other indirect taxes.

   - File returns and manage statutory documentation.

4. MIS Reporting:

   - Generate financial reports and MIS reports for management.

   - Analyze financial data and provide insights.

5. Invoice Preparation: Prepare and raise invoices to clients & Ensure accuracy and timeliness in invoicing.

6. Communication:

   - Respond to client queries and provide support.

   - Effective communication and mailing skills
