## Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Accounts Executive with strong experience in the QSR / restaurant / food service industry. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day accounting, GST, income tax coordination, unit-level profitability analysis, and MIS reporting for multiple outlets.

The ideal candidate should understand restaurant costing, food margins, unit P&L, and vendor/payment workflows.

## Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally

- Pass journal, purchase, sales, expense, bank, and vendor entries

- Prepare unit-level P&L for each outlet

- Track food cost %, labour cost %, and outlet profitability

- Reconcile daily sales with POS, Swiggy, Zomato, and cash collections

- Vendor ledger reconciliation and payment scheduling

- Bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking

- Monthly MIS and outlet performance reporting

- Support monthly closing and management reporting

- Coordinate with CA for GST filings, TDS, and Income Tax

- Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements

- Monitor petty cash, stock-related accounting, and wastage reporting

- Support budgeting and variance analysis

## Required Skills

- Strong experience in Tally

- Excellent Excel skills  

 (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS, P&L templates)

- Strong understanding of GST

- Good working knowledge of Income Tax / TDS

- Experience in unit-level P&L and cost analysis

- Understanding of restaurant / QSR operations

- Strong reconciliation and reporting ability

- Good communication with vendors, outlet managers, and auditors

## Preferred Background

- Minimum 3–5 years experience

- Must have worked in QSR / restaurant / hospitality industry

- Experience handling multiple outlets preferred

- Exposure to Swiggy / Zomato / POS reconciliation is a plus

- Commerce graduate / CA Inter / M.Com preferred

- Which outlet is most profitable?

- Why did food cost increase this month?

- What is the actual EBITDA by unit?

- Where are leakages happening?

- Which vendor costs need correction?
