Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.

· Prepare invoices, billing entries, and maintain billing records.

· Handle accounting entries using Tally Prime.

· Generate E-Invoices and E-Way Bills as per GST requirements.

· Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.

· Assist in payment tracking, vendor payments, and reconciliations.

· Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

· Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment updates.

Required Skills

· Basic knowledge of accounting principles

· Working knowledge of Tally Prime

· Understanding of billing, GST, E-Invoice, and E-Way Bill processes

· Good knowledge of MS Excel

· Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records

· Good organizational and communication skills

Eligibility

· B.Com / BBA / Commerce background preferred

· Freshers with accounting knowledge can apply

· Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting will be preferred
