Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support compliance with statutory requirements. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts, including vouchers, invoices, and bills
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
• Monitor expenses and support budgeting activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

• Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar)
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Language Preferably but Not Compulsory (Hindi, Kannada).
