Job Summary:

We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic fresh graduates in Accounts & Finance for an exciting Voice Process Executive role. This position involves providing voice-based support to corporate clients on Tally ERP, GST, and TDS-related queries. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and good communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide voice-based support to clients in the corporate sector.

Assist customers with queries related to Tally ERP, GST, and TDS.

Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain a high level of quality in call handling and customer interaction.

Meet the assigned quality targets and follow standard operating procedures.

Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Graduation in Accounts or Finance (B.Com / BBA / BBM / M.Com or equivalent)

Experience: Freshers are welcome.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (Mandatory).

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of GST and TDS provisions.

Familiarity with Tally ERP is a plus.
