Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing steel materials
• Coordinating with godown/warehouse for stock availability and regular updates
• Tracking material movement from godown to site/customer
• Managing vehicle follow-ups for timely dispatch and delivery
• Coordinating vehicle loading and unloading as per dispatch schedules
• Preparing, verifying, and maintaining delivery challans and dispatch documents
• Updating daily material status and vehicle movement reports
• Coordinating with transporters, drivers, warehouse staff, and internal teams
• Passing Purchase and Sales entries in Tally related to material movement and dispatch

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in Steel industry operations, logistics, or dispatch
• Good knowledge of steel materials, weights, sizes, and handling procedures
• Basic computer knowledge with working experience in Tally and MS Excel
• Ability to maintain systematic records and reports
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
• Capable of handling multiple vehicles and dispatches simultaneously
