Job Description

  1. Prepare and process inpatient and outpatient bills.
  2. Coordinate with medical records and front office for accurate billing.
  3. Verify insurance details and process insurance claims (TPA coordination).
  4. Handle billing queries and resolve discrepancies.
  5. Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on payments.
  6. Verify and process vendor invoices (medical supplies, pharmacy, equipment).
  7. Maintain vendor ledger accounts.
  8. Prepare payment vouchers and process payments.
  9. Reconcile supplier statements.
  10. Track patient payments (cash, card, online, insurance).
  11. Monitor pending dues and follow up with patients/insurance providers.
  12. Maintain accurate records of receivables

  22. Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, tax filings as applicable)
  23. Prepare daily revenue reports.
  24. Generate financial statements and MIS reports.
  25. Provide financial data to management as required.
