Accounts & Finance Executive

• GST Compliance: Prepare and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and assist in annual GST reconciliation and filing of GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C.
• Income Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing and filing income tax returns, TDS returns, and respond to notices or queries from tax authorities.
• Statutory & Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with Income Tax Act, GST Act, and RERA regulations, including timely submissions and record maintenance.
• Accounting & Reporting: Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally or ERP systems, monitor expenses, and assist with month-end and year-end closures.
• Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and data for internal and statutory audits; assist with tax assessments and representations before authorities.
• Vendor & Expense Management: Track vendor payments, reconcile accounts, and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
• Advisory & Process Improvement: Identify gaps in compliance processes and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications:

• CA Inter or CA Final candidate preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, RERA, and related statutes.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and MS Excel.
• Ability to handle statutory compliance independently and coordinate with auditors and tax authorities.
