Accounts Manager

Job Title: Accounts Executive / AccountantJob SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance and reporting requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts and record daily financial transactions
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and bills
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts
• Prepare financial statements and MIS reports
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, VAT, etc. as applicable)
• Coordinate with auditors and support audits
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
• Support budgeting and expense control activities
• Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• Proven experience in accounting or finance (freshers may apply if specified)
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Preferred Skills (Optional)Experience with GST filings and statutory compliance
• CA Inter / CMA Inter / equivalent qualification
• Experience in the same industry
