Job Description

  • Book keeping and posting journal entries 
  • Sales / purchase entry in tally
  • Tracking sales reports across stores
  • recording mtd and ytd sales
  • Maintaining expenses for all stores and head office
  • Bank reconciliation for all sales
  • apply for casual GST, esugam etc
  • Take MIS Reports from our billing software
  • Assist our CA in Calculation of monthly GST, other tax & making online payments Filing e- return (GST PF, ESIC, PT) and Making monthly statutory payments 
  • Assisting in statutory audits. 
  • Raising invoices
  • Knowledge of tally is essential
