Accounts Receivable / Collections Executive

Purpose

Own distributor collections. Drive timely cash. Keep receivables clean. Reduce DSO - without burning relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily AR ageing (customer-wise)
• Follow up with distributors as per credit terms
• Publish weekly collection plan and actuals
• Coordinate with sales/ops on disputes, credit notes, ledger confirmations
• Track deductions, schemes, and cash discounts
• Escalate overdue accounts per policy
• Support month-end AR closing and reconciliations

Requirements

• Proven collections experience in distributor-driven businesses
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Comfortable calling customers daily
• Solid Excel + accounting basics
• High ownership.
