We are currently hiring enthusiastic and driven individuals for the role of Accounts Voice Process Executive to provide voice support in the corporate sector for Tally ERP, GST, and TDS-related queries.

• Key Responsibilities: Provide voice support to customers in the corporate sector on Tally ERP, GST, and TDS.
• Assist customers with account-related information.
• Maintain quality standards during customer interactions.
• Ensure timely resolution of queries and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Required Skills and Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Graduate in Accounts or Finance (B.Com, BBA, BBM, M.Com, MBA Finance, etc.)
• Experience: Freshers welcome
• Languages: English and Hindi (mandatory)
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of GST and TDS provisions

Salary Structure: Training Period (25–30 Days):

• Incentives & Bonuses: Joining Bonus: ₹5,000 after completing 90 days
• Attendance Bonus: ₹8,000 every 4 months (based on 96 days of attendance in 4 months)
• Quality Incentive: Up to ₹1,000 per month based on call performance (criteria: 80% to 95%)
• Additional Details: Shift Timing: Day shift only
