Admin Cum Front Desk Executive

• To perform diversified administrative duties in a timely and accurate manner, with excellent written and verbal communication skill.
• Ensuring effective rendering of services including Housekeeping, Cafeteria, and Office Premises in way of cleanliness.
• Ordering and maintaining all stationery, equipment and pantry requirements. Monitoring Facility Management which includes AC, Fans, Genset, Pest control, Fire System.
• Handling the Calls & directing all Incoming calls to the concerned persons.
• Welcome Visitors/Clients by greeting them and directing them to the concerned person.
• Processing & forwarding all vendor Invoices for Payment to Finance Dept.

Requirement:

• Knowledge of office administration.
• Hands on experience on MS office
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective verbal, listening and communications skills.
• Attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
