Admin-cum-Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin-cum-Sales Executive to manage our showroom operations and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer Engagement:

• Greet walk-in customers and provide expert guidance on ceramic tiles, floorings, and sanitaryware.
• Understand customer requirements (builders, architects, and homeowners) and suggest appropriate products.
• Convert inquiries into sales and follow up on pending leads.
• Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and payment receipts.

2. Administrative Operations:

• Maintain showroom standards: Ensure displays are clean, samples are organized, and catalogs are up to date.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
• Handle daily office paperwork, including GST billing, petty cash, and daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with the logistics/delivery team to ensure timely dispatch of materials to sites.

3. Relationship Management:

• Maintain regular contact with local contractors and masons in the Devanahalli area.
• Resolve any customer grievances regarding product quality or delivery delays.
