Job Description: Admin Intern


As an Admin Intern, you will be a vital part of our administrative team. You will assist with day-to-day office operations, help streamline processes, and provide crucial support to the management team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office management, project coordination, and professional communication in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Help manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Maintain and organize office files, both physical and digital, ensuring they are easily accessible.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required by the team.
  • Coordinate and assist with office events, team-building activities, and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Support inventory management, including office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of internal and external communications.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
  • Provide support in the onboarding of new team members and interns.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Experience in administrative or office management roles is a plus, but not required.


Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
