Admin Manager

Spin Cycles is Bangalore's leading premium laundry and dry cleaning brand with 60+ stores citywide. We're looking for an organised, hands-on Admin Manager to run the day-to-day administrative operations of our head office and production facility.

What You'll Own

Vendor Management — Source and onboard vendors, negotiate contracts and AMCs, manage purchase orders, and conduct periodic performance reviews.

Stock & Inventory — Maintain consumable stock records, implement reorder systems, run physical audits, and coordinate procurement across locations.

Housekeeping & Facility — Oversee cleanliness standards, manage housekeeping staff, schedule maintenance, and track utilities and facility repairs.

Office Administration — Handle front office, travel bookings, IT asset coordination, filing systems, onboarding logistics, and monthly admin MIS.

What We're Looking For

Graduate with 3–5 years in an admin or facilities management role, preferably in a multi-location retail or operations setup. Strong vendor negotiation skills, solid Excel proficiency, and a reputation for getting things done without being chased.
