Administration Manager

Location: Triloma Skin Clinic – Indiranagar / JP Nagar, Bengaluru

Job Description:

Triloma Skin Clinic is looking for a reliable and experienced Admin Manager to manage clinic administration, front desk coordination, HR, payroll, finance, and GST-related work.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee clinic administration & daily operations

Manage reception/front desk, patient coordination & calls

Handle HR activities – staff attendance, records, coordination

Payroll management and salary processing

Maintain finance & accounts (billing, expenses, reports)

Handle GST filing, returns, and compliance

Coordinate with CA, vendors, and service providers

Ensure smooth functioning of clinic operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in Admin, Reception, HR & Payroll

Knowledge of Accounts & GST filing

Familiar with clinic or healthcare setup (preferred)

Good communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office / accounting software

Experience:

2–5 years preferred (clinic/hospital experience is a plus)
