Job Title: Admin Assistant

Job Summary

Miror is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations, including parcel handling, printing tasks, warehouse coordination, and inventory management. The role is critical in ensuring smooth internal operations and timely support to multiple teams.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Support

  • Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and document filing.
  • Support day-to-day office administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements.

Parcel & Courier Management

  • Manage incoming and outgoing parcels, packages, and courier consignments.
  • Maintain parcel logs and ensure timely dispatch and delivery tracking.
  • Coordinate with courier vendors and service providers.

Warehouse Management

  • Assist in managing the warehouse/storage area in an organized and systematic manner.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and movement of materials.
  • Coordinate with teams for issuance and receipt of materials.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records (inward, outward, and stock balance).
  • Conduct periodic inventory checks and reconciliations.
  • Raise alerts for low stock levels and assist in replenishment.
  • Support audits related to inventory and assets.

Coordination & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company processes and basic safety norms.
  • Support asset tracking and office supplies management.
  • Assist with any other administrative or operational tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in an admin, warehouse, or operations support role.
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking tools or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
