Administrative Operations Manager

This role is not just an accountant/finance role. This role involves the most important trait that a newly formed startup needs - and that is (a) flexibility, (b) ability to problem solve, and (c) give your 110%. Hence, the role would involve aspects of accounts, office management, people management and maybe even production management.

While we are a young company, we are very clear on our purpose - to reduce animal cruelty by giving great dairy alternatives to people. You might want to apply only if you strongly resonate with this purpose. One way to test that is - do you feel bad when you see an animal being used, abused or slaughtered? Has that made you quit using any animal products, including dairy? If yes, then you are applying at the right place.

While we may not be able to offer a big salary, what we can ensure is a LOT of learning, if eventually that helps you build your own business. We are looking for people who want to learn, give their 100% and help towards the purpose of reducing animal suffering.
