Administrative Receptionist – Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls; respond to inquiries and provide information.
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front desk records.
- Manage office correspondence including emails, couriers, and postal mail.
- Assist in data entry, filing, record management, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth daily office operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Schedule and confirm meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders when required.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed.
