Administrative Receptionist – Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls; respond to inquiries and provide information.
  • Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front desk records.
  • Manage office correspondence including emails, couriers, and postal mail.
  • Assist in data entry, filing, record management, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth daily office operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Keep track of office supplies and place orders when required.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed.
