1. Student Counseling & Conversion

• Counsel students and parents about various courses and entrance exams (NEET, JEE, Foundation, etc.) offered by Aakash.
• Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into admissions.
• Explain course structures, features, benefits, and fee structures in detail to prospective students and guardians.

2. Admission Process Management

• Coordinate the end-to-end admission process: form filling, fee collection, data entry, and issuance of receipts.
• Maintain accurate records of student data, admission forms, and supporting documents.
• Generate and submit daily/weekly admission reports to the management.

3. Lead Follow-up & Outreach

• Manage leads from various sources (digital, tele-calling, walk-ins, referrals, etc.) and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for events, campaigns, and outreach programs (seminars, school visits, etc.).

4. Center Coordination & Support

• Work closely with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for students.
• Assist in organizing orientation sessions, parent-teacher meetings, and student engagement activities.

5. Customer Service & Relationship Management

• Maintain a high level of customer service and handle student/parent queries with professionalism.
• Resolve complaints or issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
