We are looking for a Sales / Admission Counselor who can confidently guide students and parents, convert qualified leads into enrollments, and maintain honest, pressure-free admissions.

This role is ideal for someone who believes in consultative selling, not aggressive forcing.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-ins, inbound calls, WhatsApp, Instagram & lead inquiries

• Understand student goals and recommend the right course

• Explain course structure, duration, fees, career outcomes, and academy policies

• Maintain daily follow-ups and update CRM / Excel sheets

• Coordinate with trainers and management for batch planning

• Ensure fee collection process is completed correctly

• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and transparency

• Meet monthly enrollment targets ethically

✅ Required Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication skills (English + Kannada mandatory; other languages a plus)

• Ability to listen, counsel, and guide students (not just sell)

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, CRM tools)

• Confidence in explaining high-value courses

• Emotionally mature, calm under pressure

• Respect for academy rules and structure

• Minimum 1 year experience in education sales / counseling preferred

• Freshers with strong communication and learning mindset can apply

• Background in training institutes, coaching centers, or academies is a plus
