• Those specifically relocating from outside Karnataka will be rejected. Relocation will not be feasible for this position
• Working days are from Tuesday to Sunday. Weekly off is Monday.

Job Overview:

• Job Tile: Academic / Student Counsellor (3 openings)
• Job Sector: Creative Education (Design, Fashion & Architecture)
• Previous Experience: Candidates with previous experience in student counselling at IAS / CET / NEET / Software / Hardware / IELTS training institutes would be preferred
• Basic Requirement: Candidate is required to work on Saturday & Sunday and will get Monday off
• Locations: Malleshwaram, Indiranagar, HSR Layout

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Academic / Student Counselling - Increasing enrollments and revenues
• Marketing Activities - Increasing visibility in areas around the centre and across the city to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Managing Referral Partners / Schools / Franchise Partners - Supporting and mentoring partners to increase enrollments and revenue
• Operational Responsibilities - Ensuring discipline and upkeep at the centre

Skills Required:

• Strong sales skills
• Strong Communication (English and at least one other language)
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive (Docs, Spreadsheet etc.)
• Good Online Research skills Process oriented and meticulous in accounting. Enthusiastic and self motivated to handle things independently
