🎯 Job Summary

eHack Academy is looking for a motivated and student-centric Academic Counsellor to guide prospective learners in choosing the right cybersecurity and IT certification programs. The role involves counselling students, converting inquiries into enrollments, and supporting students throughout the admission journey.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and working professionals on Cybersecurity, Ethical Hacking, Cloud Security, and related certification programs

Handle leads from calls, WhatsApp, website, and walk-ins

Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and career paths

Explain course structure, curriculum, certifications, fees, and placement support clearly

Follow up with prospective students to ensure high conversion rates

Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM

Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth admissions

Participate in webinars, seminars, workshops, and admission events

Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline (IT background preferred)

1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, or EdTech sales

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus)

Good understanding of IT / Cybersecurity courses (training will be provided)

Target-driven with strong interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp communication
