• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all admission-related enquiries (walk-ins, calls, online leads, and referrals).
• Counsel parents about Iwee’s curriculum, philosophy, programs, and fee structure.
• Conduct preschool tours and information sessions for prospective parents.
• Actively follow up with leads and close admissions within defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate admission records, documentation, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new admissions.
• Conduct admission drives, open houses, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to ensure trust and satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Key Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or Management preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or customer relationship roles (preschool/school experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand parent needs and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
• Target-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up skills.
• Basic computer applications knowledge and handling of CRM systems.
