Admission Counsellor

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and persuasive Admission Counselor cum Tele sales Executive who can efficiently handle student counseling, lead follow-ups, and admissions conversion. The candidate must be fluent in Tamil and Telegu and comfortable working in a target-based environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students and explain available programs/courses.
• Counsel students and parents regarding eligibility, admission process, and career pathways.
• Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for admissions and call performance.
• Provide pre-admission and post-admission assistance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Required Skills Fluency in Tamil and telugu (mandatory).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Goal-driven and self-motivated attitude.
• QualificationsAny Graduate / Diploma (Freshers can apply).
• Experience in telesales, customer service, or counseling is an added advantage.
