About the Role

The Academic Counsellor will guide students in selecting the right courses, understanding career pathways, and achieving their educational goals. This role involves counselling, admissions guidance, and providing academic support to ensure student success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on available programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities.
• Guide students in course selection based on their interests, aptitude, and career aspirations.
• Conduct one-on-one or group counselling sessions to address academic and personal challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student progress.
• Support the admissions team with lead conversion through calls, emails, and presentations.
• Organize and participate in educational fairs, seminars, and orientation programs.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration to monitor student performance and provide necessary interventions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, curriculum changes, and new educational opportunities.
