🎯 Role Overview – Academic Counsellor

As the face of Infinity Learn, you will guide students and parents in discovering how our offerings can transform their learning journey. This is an individual contributor role with a focus on sales, communication, and product value delivery.

🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities:

📞 Sales Achievement:

Make consultative outbound calls daily

Convert leads into enrollments

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

💬 Client Engagement:

Handle objections confidently

Negotiate pricing and close deals

Build long-term client relationships

📚 Product Knowledge:

Gain in-depth knowledge of all offerings

Communicate value propositions clearly

Customize solutions as per learner needs

💡 Desired Skills:

✔️ Strong sales acumen & target-driven approach

✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✔️ CRM and sales tools proficiency

✅ Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience
