Admission Counsellor

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or customer service is preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and counseling.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attributes: Highly organized, persuasive, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Performance Indicators:

• Achieving specific, assigned recruitment goals and enrollment targets.
• Conversion rates from applicant to enrolled student
• Application Management: Review and evaluate student applications, transcripts, and supporting documents to make admission recommendations.
• Communication: Act as the main point of contact, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of applicant interactions and data within a CRM system.
