Job Description

Job Overview:We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Admission Counselor cum Telesales Executive who will be responsible for guiding students through the MBBS and PG admission process (India & Abroad) and converting leads into paid counseling admissions. This is a dual-role profile combining student counseling with target-based telesales.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to NEET UG/PG aspirants and explain MBBS/PG admission options.
  • Provide accurate counseling regarding eligibility, exam requirements, fee structure, and college options.
  • Promote and sell paid admission counseling packages.
  • Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and lead tracking through CRM software.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up until closure of enrollment.
  • Support documentation and post-sale counseling coordination.
  • Daily & Monthly Expectations:Daily Calls: 100-250 calls to new and follow-up leads.
  • Monthly Closures: Minimum 8–12 paid counseling admissions.
  • Follow-up Compliance: 100% of active leads in a timely cycle.
  • Key Skills Required:Strong communication in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).
  • Prior experience in telesales or admission counseling.
  • Target-oriented with good convincing and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic software.
  • Salary & Incentives:Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
  • Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000 per closure (performance-based)
  • Bonus: Monthly/Quarterly bonus for exceeding targets
