Job Description
Job Overview:We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Admission Counselor cum Telesales Executive who will be responsible for guiding students through the MBBS and PG admission process (India & Abroad) and converting leads into paid counseling admissions. This is a dual-role profile combining student counseling with target-based telesales.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to NEET UG/PG aspirants and explain MBBS/PG admission options.
- Provide accurate counseling regarding eligibility, exam requirements, fee structure, and college options.
- Promote and sell paid admission counseling packages.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and lead tracking through CRM software.
- Schedule appointments and follow up until closure of enrollment.
- Support documentation and post-sale counseling coordination.
- Daily & Monthly Expectations:Daily Calls: 100-250 calls to new and follow-up leads.
- Monthly Closures: Minimum 8–12 paid counseling admissions.
- Follow-up Compliance: 100% of active leads in a timely cycle.
- Key Skills Required:Strong communication in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).
- Prior experience in telesales or admission counseling.
- Target-oriented with good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic software.
- Salary & Incentives:Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
- Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000 per closure (performance-based)
- Bonus: Monthly/Quarterly bonus for exceeding targets
