Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential parents/guardians using provided leads and CRM systems to generate interest in Infinity Learn programs

• Schedule and conduct interactive virtual product demonstrations showcasing Infinity Learn's curriculum, teaching methodology, and student outcomes

• Effectively articulate how Infinity Learn improves student academic performance, critical thinking, and overall educational outcomes

• Address parent concerns and queries about course structure, fees, board affiliations, and teaching quality

• Negotiate terms and close enrollment by converting interested prospects into paying students

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system

• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets and sales goals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with enrolled parents for referral generation

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous skill development programs

• Stay updated on Infinity Learn's course offerings, pricing, and competitive landscape

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite

• Fast internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace (WFO)

• Ability to work flexible hours from 11 AM to 9:30 PM

Desired Skills

• Experience in EdTech or education sector

• Knowledge of K-12 or competitive exam preparation landscapes

• Background in academic counseling or student mentoring

• Multilingual proficiency (beneficial for reaching diverse parent base)

• Experience with video conferencing tools and virtual presentations
