Role: Admission & Visa Counsellor (Sales-Focused)

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong communication may apply)

• Key Responsibilities Counsel students for study abroad programs
• Handle telephonic and walk-in enquiries
• Follow up with leads and convert them into applications
• Assist in university shortlisting & application process (Handle the complete admission process from application to confirmation)
• Promote visitor visa services
• Maintain daily lead follow-up reports
• Required Skills Excellent English & Regional Language Communication
• Strong persuasion & sales skills
• Confidence in telecalling
• Basic knowledge of study abroad process
• Target-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle parents professionally

Requirements:

Strong communication and convincing skills

Good interpersonal and counseling abilities

Basic knowledge of university admission process preferred

0–3 years of experience in counseling / sales (1 year experience preferred)
