Admission Counsellor

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents

Provide counselling for domestic admission processes (Bachelor’s and Master’s programs)

Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses and institutions

Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion rate

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress

Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets

Assist students throughout the admission process until successful enrollment

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Telugu (both spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of admission processes (preferred)
• Strong persuasion and counselling abilities
• Should be an immediate joiner
