Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2+ years in Sales

Salary:

• Fresher: 17,000 20,000 CTC (depending on interview)
• Experienced: Up to 25,000 CTC (depending on interview)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Required

Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)

Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Description:

An Education Counselor is responsible for providing educational and career guidance, supporting students in course selection, and helping them make informed academic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and follow-up calls with prospective students.
• Counsel students regarding various courses offered by the university/institute.
• Manage allocated leads effectively and maintain follow-up records using CRM software.
• Convert leads into confirmed admissions as per weekly and monthly targets.
• Build rapport with students and guide them through the enrollment process.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil.
• Excellent listening, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation ability.
• Target-oriented and proactive attitude.
