Admission Counsellor

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor who can guide and counsel students for Online UG and PG programs. The candidate should have prior experience in the EdTech industry and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding Online Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs.
• Understand students’ academic background and career goals.
• Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission process.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
• Maintain proper records and update CRM regularly.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in EdTech / Education Sales.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both mandatory).
• Strong convincing and counseling skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
