Job Description
Key Responsibilities (Job description):
• Address inquiries about courses admission processes and institute fee structures and identify the needs of prospective students and recommend suitable courses and programs
• Conduct tele counselling and effective follow-up with leads thro’ calls and messages to ensure high conversion rates
• Communicate effectively with students and parents and negotiate terms related to course fees, payment plans and enrolment procedures
• Ensure timely collection of fees, maintain payment records and follow-up on outstanding payments
• Prepare regular reports on lead conversion, fee collection status and other key matrices for management reviews
• Coordinate with teacher and admin staff to ensure smooth operations and provide necessary student related information
• Offer guidance and support to enrolled students and act as point of contact for students to resolve concerns related to courses, schedules or administration
